How do I pump my SUP?2021-04-12T09:30:52+01:00
  1. Read through and follow the instructions in your SUP user manual.
  2. Ensure the value on your SUP is in the correct upward position before pumping or air will escape when you disconnect the hose.
  3. Attach the gauge to your pump so you can read the air pressure as you pump.
  4. Make sure your hose is connected properly to both the SUP board’s valve and to the pump.
  5. Start pumping. It can take up to 3PSI before the gauge shows a reading, so keep pumping.
  6. Pump to 15PSI and disconnect the hose from the SUP board valve.
  7. Secure the dust cap to protect the valve.

Your board will start to take shape with as little as 3-5PSI, but keep pumping. Most SUP boards need to be pumped to 15PSI. Double check the specification in your user manual for the correct pressure.

Just like a car tyre, when your board is properly inflated it will be stiff and rigid so that you can barely make an impression with your thumb.

YES, staying safe in/on water is the most important thing.

We know wearing a life vest/jacket can be cumbersome and reduce paddle stroke maneuverability, so we offer Restube. The Restube device uses a CO2 cartridge. It’s small, light and clips on like a belt around the hips. Unlike other flotation devices, you only inflate Restube if and when you need to! Add a Restube to your SUP package when choosing your new SUP board.
